Still curious but great customer service I am still figuring out how to use the full extent of this but have been very impressed with the customer service. It looks like the Pro version is the way to go which is pricey but it has what I need. FYI - Be careful if you have SureLock and SureFox running at the same time. It gets very confusing / frustrating.

Awesome Customer Support! Edited: I was having issues with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 freezing with this app, but the 42 Gears Customer Support worked numerous hours trying to create a fix for the issue I was having. They tried at least 4 different software fixes for me to help make the app work with my tablet. I was very impressed with the support! The app itself is really nice with some awesome features and it worked perfect for what we needed. Thanks 42 Gears.

Great App if it didn't freeze my tablets! I am only writing this review because it's been over 10 days since I've heard from tech support on my issue and will update the review if I get a response with a fix. So I bought this app to lock all 5 of our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch tablets (with the latest Samsung updates) tablets on our company punch clock website. We were able to successfully install the app and lock down the page perfectly fine and everything seemed to working pretty well for a day. Then we started experiencing freezes twice a day that required a reboot to fix the issue. I reported it to the 42gears tech support and they responded in a professional and timely manner telling us to download and use a new beta release they had. We installed the new beta release and it seemed to work a little better until we started to experience freezes again but this time it was “only” freezing every other day instead of twice a day. I then proceeded to contact support again letting them know that it was happening again but I have not heard anything since I sent them a few support tickets. Overall I like the app but we cannot have it constantly freezing as it is used by over 100 people a day while punching in and out. We are currently using another free kiosk app that does not have nearly the same amount of functionality as the surefox app but it does not freeze. Also we have tried uninstalling every app / program that we could on the tablet to free as much resources up as possible and that did not seem to help any. As I said before I will update the rating / review if I get an answer from the developer with a fix.
