When using 3G/4G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and will contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.

*Please note: Only the DVRx-3000 and 4000 models support more than 4 camera streams from one DVR, all other DVRs support a maximum of 4 channels from a single DVR.

Used to work well but now have no cameras showing at all, says successfully connected but screen goes black and that's it. Since android updated app it's stopped working, will there be a fix or do I just delete app???

Worked until Android upgraded to 5.0.1. Recently upgraded my Note 4 to Android 5.0.1 and it shows the black channels. Same app works ok on Note 3 with Android 5.0.0. Is it fixable? All previous versions of Android didn't have any issues. As an old annoying bug, the channels were moving pretty easily if I wanted to click on just one camera in order to increase one particular channel. Once the channel order is changed it keeps it - bad. The same happens even when I want to select a channel. There should be a threshold on click so camera won't move.

Started great but failed after upgrade This was installed when I first had my Android tablet was at Kit Kat however there are some considerable bugs in the app once the os gets upgraded to lollipop. Intermittent black out which leaves my business paralysed and to my home where I cannot see at all locally or remotely. I am disappointed with the developers for letting this go by for at least several months withoutany upgrades.
