Since last Lollipop update on Xperia Z3 video won't playback, app says playing but nothing showing. Sent numerous emails to tech support without reply, they don't seem bothered. Well you've already spent the cash on their CCTV system

Stopped working after phone update This worked fine until I had a phone update last week. I am very disappointed. I was able to view on WiFi and 4G. Now it says it is playing and I only get a black screen. How can we fix this. I want answers now. We need to be able to see our cameras when away from home.
