Swiss Review

The "Swiss Review" app was developed for use on tablet computers. For optimal usability, we recommend devices with a screen size of 10" or larger. The stability and performance depends to a significant extent on the combination of hardware and software installed on your device.

“Swiss Review” – the magazine for the Swiss abroad – is now available for the Android tablet as well. “Swiss Review” is published in five languages and 14 regional editions, and has a circulation of over 400,000. It appears six times a year and is the only medium to reach all Swiss abroad.

“Swiss Review” provides Swiss citizens abroad with information from home and keeps them up-to-date about their rights and obligations. It covers issues such as politics, business, culture, sport and society. Particular emphasis is placed on political information to enable Swiss citizens living abroad to exercise their electoral and voting rights competently. The “Notes from Parliament” section of “Swiss Review” also contains official information.

“Swiss Review” is published by the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (OSA) in Berne. OSA is independent of federal government, though it does receive support for the publication of “Swiss Review”.

An electronic version of “Swiss Review” has been available since 2009. Any Swiss abroad who so choose have been receiving the magazine electronically ever since. This new app makes the electronic version much more attractive and user-friendly.

Will not load How can a government publication app be so poor? Only app I've ever loaded that has caused security issues with my various handsets during attempted install. Android /handset prevented it from fully loading. Not the smooth precision tool that Switzerland is famed for. Back to reading the environmentally challenged paper version for now.

It does not work! I tries to install it on Nexus 5 and 7 and it does not work. I had a look in the Google Play Store and I could not find it. If it is not available in Google Playstore, it may be either unsafe or rubbish.

HORRIBLE! I MUST SAY, this is the worse app that I have ever installed. Seriously guys, pay a real develop to have something nice, in the end we are talking about Switzerland not some undeveloped countries that they can't afford one develop. I would suggest to remove this app, I am swiss and I am embarrassed about this quality of product!
