Works, but can't send ticket messages The app is ok, you can view tickets and reassign them. But for this app to really be useful to me, I have to be able to send messages to users through the ticket. Please add this functionality! It serves no purpose for me otherwise.

Does this work on the Galaxy S6 Edge? Keeps saying Network Error, but I have no restrictions on my data. Very few options for troubleshooting within the App.

Gets the job done I suppose.. I like the recent iPad update, pretty smooth and much clearer to use. When is Android receiving an update?
