T2 Mood Tracker

T2 Mood Tracker

T2 Mood Tracker is designed to help you track your emotional experience over time and to provide you with a tool to share this information with your health care provider.

This app comes with six pre-loaded issues: anxiety, depression, general well-being, head injury, post-traumatic stress, and stress. You can also add customized scales on any topic (e.g., a pain scale). You use simple sliders to rate yourself on these behavioral categories and the app automatically graphs your inputs. You can also make notes describing things that happened during the day that may have affected your moods. This provides you and your health care provider with a complete tool to help you uncover patterns in how you are feeling. It may also help you to evaluate the impact of daily events or the effects of treatment on your mood.

T2 Mood Tracker was developed by the National Center for Telehealth & Technology (T2), the Defense Department’s primary agency for applying innovative technology to issues of psychological health and traumatic brain injury

User reviews of T2 Mood Tracker
Much improved, but needs output besides graph to screen. Needs secure data storage on SD card. I lost months of data to an update install error. Now that I am replacing my phone will lose data again since I can't move the data to my new phone.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Its great that you can put a level to each mood category. There are a vast variety of emotuons/feelings. You also have the option to add or edit the categories. You can get graph results on both the main categories and the subcategories. The problem is that you can't access or review past data before 30 days. Graph dates can only be set at the last 30, 60,180 days, and 1 year. You cannot see data on daily basis or the past week. It is still the best mood tracking app there is!

A couple of improvements Great app. Love the intro tips. Layout not very uplifting-all black... would prefer to have brighter colours. Notifications dont work. Cannot edit nor add any categories. Says this item cannot be changed.

Mood Tracker App I had a very hard time understanding this. I just want to know how to use it. The idea is great. I need something like this. I think it will help. Unfortunately I can't find any info on how this app works, so im uninstalling. I don't want to, but I keep looking to see if anything has changed. Put instructions or something that says HOW to use this app. That would be a great answer to prayer. Ill reinstall when you do that. I deal with depression & other mental health concerns. God brings me thru
