Fine until the free version came I've read the reviews and I've also read your response. It sucks that Google isn't helping you with the refunds but it is how it is now. Can't you work on an ad free version for those who paid? Think of something to compensate the people. Of course you didn't get rich from 300 sold apps but the 300 people who bought it and supported you are now being told that it was a mistake to do so. Besides that I'll keep using the app because it's still a good dictionary and does the job well.

As someone who just found out about the app, I am not aware of the drama going on in the comments. i like the app a lot, it's simple to use and helpful. It's ads, not a plague.

Fail Used to be great. I didn't pay for ads though. Also, the new UI sucks. You honestly have to make an ad free version available for those who paid. If you don't, people will feel completely ripped off, which is true! If I were you I would hurry up with that, or this app will lose traction with its fanbase quickly.

Good, but there's a room for improvement (now with ads, yeay!) I often use Tangorin and bought this app to support the website developer. However, I think some of the essential features are not yet implemented: 1. Customizable font size or UI scale setting (default one is quite uncomfortable to read on my Xperia Z); 2. Search suggestions (website does not have those, but for a mobile dictionary app, I think this is obligatory feature); 3. By default, compounds should be included in search result, instead of exact kanji/word; 4. Conjugation/normalization support when searching for something. It's a great app, but for now I switched back to IMI/JED. I hope, someday this will be as good as the website itself! Update: UI got better, yet now we have ads. Despite paying for app. Oh well. I suggest making separate paid version without advertising, so those who does not like the annoyances could support the developer by buying and others simply used the free version as it is.
