I can't even log in. And I know I have the correct ID and password cause I can do it online.

I too have been unable to enter user ID. Someone mentioned can't trade. Also doesn't show the price and amount you had, only what the day has brought. Program needs a good bit of work.

Needs work CNBC video constantly reports "can't play video", on android tablet (KitKat). Tried requesting assistance multiple times from tech support, but no real help. Development team finally responded by saying that the issue was due to a Samsung version of Kit Kat. I presume the team lacks the technical ability to remedy the issues
