Note to the Geniuses who wrote this SW. Not everybody lives in the USA, if you are going to limit the distribution of your SW at least MENTION it's geographically limited on the damn page !

Need easy way to save startup info in add new equipment field This app would be really great if you could put all start up info, such as compressor amps, pressures, ect, when adding new equipment. Ideally you would choose what type of equipment, such as cooling tower, rtu, mua because different types would need different fields. This seems possible with metrics but when we tried it and looked at the information in future work orders we could only see the result but not what it was. We would also need away to print out a report that we could send to customer after com

Need support for KitKat App worked fine until my nexus 7 got kitkat update. Now I can not change the status of my work orders to complete! Data basics you guys need to smash this bug.

Not bad I had one issue that I got help with. Very quick response from tech support. When I say quick, it was immediate. Great tech support. Thanks
