Fab free app It does anything you could want from a healthy app. It helps you keep track of what you want, the way you want it. You can ignore the activities you are not interested in and get really stuck into those that you are. Its free and there are no pop ups, sign ups or in app pay facilities. I only marked it down because it still stops working on occassion, but very rarely now. Wish I could add a 0.5

Upset Thanks but no thanks tells me what to eat not what I want to be able to eat or to add what I have had to eat upset at this !!!!
