As the story unfolds our funny young hero, Little Critter, has to get used to a new baby sister. This is a problem as the baby doesn't pay attention when he reads to her. She always cries when he makes silly faces and she can't understand the jokes he tells. It seems like an impossible task, but Little Critter finally figures out what you CAN do with a new baby, and in the process becomes a very good brother!

Mercer Mayer's Little Critter stories, which address all the major issues of growing up, are perennial favorites of parents and children.

New features only available in this interactive omBook for your Android device include professional narration, background audio and enlarged artwork for each scene.

To promote reading in young children, individual words are highlighted as the story is read and words zoom up when pictures are touched. By combining the original text and artwork of author Mercer Mayer with features that entertain and promote reading, this omBook appeals to readers of all ages.

Such a cute book I found this right before I had my third baby. It was nice to have something my other children could relate to. Well worth the purchase.

Needs access to the internet for licence(really?!) 5 stars for the book content, minus 4 stars for the licencing checker on a children's book. Very frustrating to be unable to actually read this book unless I'm connected to the internet so that it can verify the licence. Same rating for all 8 of the books I bought from OceanHouse Media. I found out about this because I leave my children's tablet in 'airplane' mode, and my son was upset saying that it was broken. Makes me want to read the "I Was So Mad" book.
