The Timer Assistant is a easy to use timing app designed to be used as a backup manual timing system. Primarily design to time running events this application can be used for any event that has multiple participates that are ussued numbers to track position.
See directions below:
a. Type the event name then when the horn or gun sounds press start for the timer.
b. It pulls up a key pad allowing you to log in the participants as they cross the line.
c. A log file is created and updated every time a new entry is entered. This can check this file during and after the event. (if a task killing app is running add this application to always run list or disable task killing app to not end timing session prematurely, if phone receive high volume of call setting phone to airplane mode is also recommend)
d. The log file is kept on the root of your memory card giving you quick access to it.
This text file can then be view with any text viewer app, easily download to a pc or even emailed. Get fast results at your finger tips.
e. menu key on device opens the options giving access to different format report types, lane selection, flag key, and exit app.
