The Web Office gives you smart and secure web-based services that will increase your accessibility to your company’s finances, shorten processing times and simplify monitoring and reporting. In addition, you´ll save time as well as increase your flexibility and sense of control. The app will give you access to several features in the Office Web, including:
· To-do list, where we gather information about what you need to manage, such as approval of payments.
· Document Archive, that will give you complete control of all documents, which are shared with your accountant at Grant Thornton.
· Issue Management, with a list of your issues. You may also be notified via SMS or e-mail whenever there is an issue to handle.
· Electronic Invoice Management, which will streamline the management of your supplier invoices by certifying directly in the app. You can approve them directly in the app.
The app is primarily aimed at those who work with Electronic Invoice Management, issues and the To do-list.
Logging into the mobile app is done with a safe functionality, where we have added support for mobile bankID, as well as login via Google/Microsoft Authenticator. Log in using the so-called Authenticator means that our customers download an app from Google or Microsoft, which will generate a one-time password.
