THIEVES BE AWARE 🛑 I signed up and used the service, I sent a brand new VS robe with tags still in it, and they sent me a photo of the corner of the robe and said they were donating it, because it could t be sold !!! I sent in high dollar items and most of them got "donated" or sellers are taking them. I will never use them again, Thieves! I've never got this resolved or my items back. They got away with Theft. I have filed a police report and contacted the business bureau all I could do.

It was great till the latest update, now pictures of items show up and then disappear. With only the info showing on the item. What did you do? Edit April 20/2026 Your update worked and the app is back to working like it should.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from here already. Since I found this app I do like it. You have three hours to be able to buy the items in your car, or they're able to be taken out someone else to buy. I've gotten a couple of very Bradley wallets which are usually cost like 60 bucks. I've got them for lately Three dollars to ten, which is a deal for me. I will update if I have any issues in the future but so far I love it. They also have alot of deals daily I like.

You can find killer deals, but you CANT guarantee you'll get the size/color listed on the description. I've bought so many clothing items that are a size off, like a 6 instead of an 8 or a 12 instead of a 10. It's a real bummer. I previously was refunded, but now they make you go through the process of returning the item, in hopes they don't charge you to restock it. I've lost faith in thredup. Only buy items where the size is pictured, cause their "inspections" are lacking quality reassurance.

The ThredUp app is very easy to use on my android phone. I love being able to save various searches and to sort within a search to be able to find the items l want. UPDATE: Their latest update made this app very frustrating to use on my phone. I can barely see my favorites because of a new 'closet' box that takes up most of the screen. When I scroll, the page bounces around. 'Collections' adds extra steps to save favorites. I can't delete favorites once item has sold. Get on the app, try it!!

I will never send anything to them, the took my expensive jeans with the tags still on and told me they lost them and sent me 35.00 for them. There were 5 jeans in it worth over 150.00 each. Then they tell me they are to recycle them aka someone there took them. They are shady people. don't waist your time with them.
