The Three App allows you to manage your My3 account on-the-go, so you can view a bill, check your balance and allowances, find support and lots more.

***To view your account information through The Three App, you’ll need to access the internet using our mobile network, with Wi-Fi switched off.

• View your allowances at a glance, including what you've used and have left this month.
• View your bill breakdown plus any extra charges you’ve incurred, and up to 12 months' previous bills.
• View itemised bills and filter searches by calls, texts or data.
• View your Pay As You Go credit balance so you can plan your next top-up.
• Check when you’re due an upgrade, before going online to see our latest offers.
• Find support on how to set up an account, create a Personal Hotspot, pay a bill and lots more.
• Find the location of your nearest store and opening times.

v2.3.8:
- Android 4.4 users can now view our new look bills on the app. See your fully itemised bill and understand how you’ve been charged for what you’ve used.

- Bug fixes and general improvements
- Please note that access to your contact information is requested. This is in preparation for a forthcoming enhancement to the in-app billing experience.

Just a redirect to your website At one point this app actually did its job and showed my balance straight from the app. Since your attempts at 'fixing' it, all it does now is redirect me to your web version so making your app useless. I already have a bookmark on Chrome which does just this. What's the point of your app?

Brian McCue Thinks its a good app but its a bit slow ! So pose it does what it needs to do though

Does not work on wifi 1st page looks and feels good. Press my account button and 1 in 6 times it loads to land on a very bland uninformative page. Much need of improvement.
