Some features include:

* Engine performance data(0 to 60, 0-100, quarter mile, etc) (full version)

* Head up Display / GPS HUD mode perfect for checking your speed at night

* Data Logging functions including web upload and file logging, you can even upload data to your own web server from sensors you choose

This is the free/basic version - it lets you get a feel for the application and lets you find out if it works with your vehicle / obd2 adapter combination; but may contain some small bugs including not working on some nissan/chrysler/subaru ECUs. The paid version has support for more vehicles and ECU types, looks a lot nicer, and works with more cars / trucks

The paid version has more features (HorsePower,Torque, 0-60 , quarter mile tests, graph data, map / track views) + no adverts and exra dial/display types! and better ABS / Knock sensor support, Transmission temperature support for some makes of car / trucks (GM / Ford, etc), and Turbo Boost on many more vehicles (including VW)

**PLEASE NOTE!** Any reports of hanging or freezing after quitting the app is due to a bug in the HTC Evo 4G and Galaxy Tab, this can be triggered by using the Pandora/Vlingo/Aldiko bluetooth enabled apps. Disabling Pandoras new bluetooth settings fixes the problem, but HTC/Samsung need to release a fix. Please contact their support and encourage them to fix, Thanks!

The pro version supports USB ELM adapters which are use 'Prolific' or 'FTDI' chips

* Update: A freeze/hang workaround has been found after a great amount of effort and is available in the full version in the General Preferences settings!

Recent changes:
Look for the pro version, it has many more features than the lite!

* Couple of GUI scrolling smoothness updates to make things scroll smoother

* Menu wording changes to make things like fault code scanning easier to find

* Fixed missing scan and clear codes button that was missing on nexus and a couple of other devices

* The Menu button is now on-screen (the 'gear' icon) for devices that don't have a dedicated menu button. Push that and you'll get the menu which lets you clear codes (etc)

Torque app by Ian Hawkings for $4.71. Well, that’s not much to say about it, except that it provides more info about your car than your car is willing to tell you on her own. In other words, it monitors all the cars onboard diagnostics and tells you exactly what your car is doing at the moment. So, if you are able to make use of many important info like temps, boost, voltage and many others, you should definitely buy it or at least try free lite version first. https://market.android.com/details?id=org.prowl.torque&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsIm9yZy5wcm93bC50b3JxdWUiXQ.. Pros: tons of info you car doesn’t provide you with. Cons: pricy, helpful for car fans only.

Question, I emailed but no response. I have a 94 Mitsu 3000GT, it has a OBD2 connector, but runs on a MUTII/III protocol, with this decode it? The answer was no, get this to work with the MUTII/III protocol, and I know 50 peeps that would pay $$ for it.

Free version is good Simple interface to use. Just facing an issue while logging. On each app exit, the pid list for logging is reset and I have to add the pid list all over again. Am I missing something or is this the limitation on free app?

Worthless, can't even configure the "lite" version to work with bluetooth The latest update fixed the issues I was having before with not all the menus being there, including the EXIT button so that the only way to quit the app was to uninstall it lol. I was finally able to get the app to connect to the OBD2 scanner but now it goes to the "Negotiating protocol -automatic" stage and hangs up. Sometimes it loses connection with the reader and starts all over with a new Bluetooth connection and starting the "communicating with OBD2" dialog all over. It always hangs up after another couple of steps, never getting beyond "Proto: automatic scan" or whatever. I'm thinking this isn't the app so much as there is something wrong with my OBD2 reader. Funny that the app wouldn't give me an error message after a half hour of trying. I nearly ran my battery dead on my minivan waiting for it to succeed negotiating a protocol. Where is C3PO when you need a protocol droid? I sent ti back to Amazon and bought a different brand with better ratings. I raised the rating for this app from 1 star to 3. If I can actually get this to work I'll raise it again. So far I don't know if it is the app or the reader. Cheap junk gonna junk

Works! As claimed, even with the Chinese adapter they recommended.
