TouchDraw

TouchDraw

TouchDraw is a vector 2D drawing and diagramming application for Android.

TouchDraw gives you everything you need to create structured 2D vector graphics such as flow charts, graphs, diagrams, illustrations, logos and floor plans just to name a few. What makes TouchDraw especially valuable is that it allows you to not only create complex graphics, but to change them easily as well.

TouchDraw differs from a paint program in that objects are always managed independently of the drawing they're in. You can move a figure around, change it's shape, change it's color, group it, without affecting other shapes that are around around.

You can easily share drawings with users on other platforms as TouchDraw is also supported on iPad and Macintosh.

Better designed than some well known desk top apps Really love this app. It's so useful to be able to draw up ideas on the go into diagrams that can be imported later into visio. A small learning curve but not steep and good support from the developers. Top notch!

Wow! Simple, intuitive and remarkably precise with my finger. A little pricey--but it works! This doesn't feel like just an app on a droid tablet, it feels like a real drawing program.

Excellent. Please add eyedropper tool and palm rejection feature for use especially on tablets. EDIT: Sorry for my earlier comment. Palm rejection seems to only work for OEM stylus, it doesn't respond to 3rd party stylus when this feature is turned on.

Missing a lot Where's the eye dropper? Without it you can't have an color consistency. There's also no decent android touch draw documentation. Also the contextual menu is constantly popping up.

Good, usable app I've tried various vector apps, as recommended by various bog posts, etc. This didn't really feature in those - probably because I was looking for one primarily aimed at design rather than diagramming. However, I've still found it to be the best I've tried even for that mainly because it has good support for paths and path-bound shapes. It's mostly easy and intuitive to use, but do see the manual as there are some functions that you wouldn't just discover. Found some bugs, but nothing too serious.
