Need a way to add exercises you have done and more recipes

Not necessarily US friendly It's probably because not enough US dieters have caught on but unless you're familiar with the foods and vernacular some of the recipes can be confusing and seem foreign. It has however kept me on track on my fast days and helped me create meal plans that don't leave me starving even after a workout

Okay but no food list Does what I expected. A little disappointed that there isn't a built in food list for the basics. Otherwise I would recommend it.
