TRACK
• Log your runs, rides or swims in the TrainingPeaks Calendar
• Keep track of daily stats like power, speed, distance and more
• Dash off post-workout comments for yourself and your coach

ANALYZE
• Graph your weekly hours, distance and TSS™
• Break down your training hours by sport
• View HR, power or GPS for your workouts in the workout file viewer
• See how much time you spent in your training zones during your workouts
• Look at your Peak HR, power, pace, and speed values from your workouts

PLAN
• Schedule training sessions from your Android device
• Access your planned workouts and meals on the road or the trail
• Add workouts from your TrainingPeaks workout library (TrainingPeaks Coach or Premium Athlete users only)

SHARE
• Share your workouts on Facebook, Twitter, e-mail or IM

Then log into your TrainingPeaks.com account to perform deeper analysis of your training, upload workouts from over 90 devices, and plan your season using a training plan or a coach. If you don’t have a TrainingPeaks.com account yet, you can sign up within the app or visit TrainingPeaks.com.

REQUIREMENTS:
• This app can be used on devices running Android 4.0 or higher
• You must have an internet connection, 3G or Wi-Fi, to use this app

Recent changes:
Workout Reports and Map & Graph for *Premium* TrainingPeaks athletes and coaches!

With the Workout Reports see your Time in Zones by:
• Heart Rate
• Power
• Speed
• Pace

and your Peak Curves for:
• Heart Rate
• Power
• Speed
• Pace
• Distance
• Cadence

Using the interactive Map & Graph you can:
• See your route on the map.
• View all your data on the graph.
• See the stats for your laps, intervals, and peak values.
• Highlight your laps, intervals, and peak values.

Long time premium user considering to unsubscribe I have been a premium user for over 4 years and honestly, after over 6 months waiting for you to finish the upgrade of the website I am considering to cancel my account with you. Its beyond unacceptable that you still have to use the browser version to add the meal and that adding the meals its so ineffective and slow. With the new garmin connect app and it's linked food diary app you guys are getting redundant. Either to make a move FAST or loose a lot of customers.

Great Information If you have a watch or device that syncs with TP, it has a lot of useful information. Website has more information but app is easy to upload information.

Complete and total RIP-OFF It doesn't let you make workouts in advance because you have to buy premium well sure no problem it can't be more than $5 well no its $20 dollars a month and $120 A YEAR its just a way to get money from you. So my advice go buy a calender and make you're workouts on that than buy into this peice of crap!
