TFL will give a refund if you're delayed by more than 15 minutes, for reasons within the control of TFL.
TFL won't refund if the delay is beyond their control such as security alerts, third party action, bad weather and for service changes advertised in advance.
Claim within 14 days of the delay or you won't get a refund.
