The Tucson Festival of Books is Arizona's largest literary event, a celebration of literacy where favorite authors gather to speak about their work and sign books.

There are writing workshops and competitions, panel presentations, live cooking demonstrations, exhibits, children's activities, storytelling, artists, musicians, and a literary-themed circus show. Local restaurants spice up the food offerings.

This app is your mobile companion to the Festival. It includes profiles of the 450 participating authors and presenters, and a complete guide to times and locations of the Festival's events. Meet your favorite best-selling author or get tips on how to break into the business yourself - there truly is something for all readers, of all ages.

You'll also have a pocket guide to the 200-plus exhibitors and sponsors, along with access to latest Festival news (such as last-minute schedule changes).

The 2015 Tucson Festival of Books takes place March 14 and 15 on the University of Arizona campus in Tucson. Admission and parking are free. Sponsors of the Festival include the Arizona Daily Star, the University of Arizona and the University Medical Center.

The sixth annual Tucson Festival of Books in 2014 attracted 130,000 visitors. The Festival has raised $1,050,000 to support literacy programs in Southern Arizona.

Pretty good While slow last night (3/13), I had no speed problems this morning. I just wish I could sync my tablet calendar with my phone - both samsung.

Not worth downloading No information displayed for any category other than parking. Just blank screen after blank screen. Obviously, this app like the website from which it's derived is not up to the requirements put on it by 100,000 attendees. Each is paralyzed.

doesnt launch! ive been trying for about an hour to get it to launch. i uninstalled & reinstalled and still no luck. poo.

Frequent crashes! Very hard to use because it crashes every 15 seconds or so.
