Too many bugs, very slow Worst bug on android: app gets into mode where the list of editions won't show the most recent date(s) so you can't view today's paper. If you clear the db and have it download the most recent edition, the download pacifier spins up to 100%, but the paper is still the same as the last one you successfully downloaded. At this point, the thumbnail pages may display a shot of the pages OR the thumbs might be blank. In either case, picking a page shows a completely blank white page. From there nothing works.

Loads slow. Will not bring up individual articles using the two finger tap. Look at what the LA Times is using with the Olive software, that app works wonderfully.

The UT mobile edition is better than the E-edition app I'm a hard-copy subscriber and was hoping that the E-edition app might work well on my larger screen, Samsung Note 3 and provide a good alternative to reading my subscription. Unfortunately, it was quite slow to load, even using my home wifi. Once it loaded, the print was slow to load when moving between pages. Also, I'm quite good a reading small font size (enough so that friends and family always comment on how I'm able to read such small print). However, I had to zoom in quite a bit to read the articles using this app, which then required me to constantly scroll left and right to read an article. In my view, it is not worth the time to download and try the app. If you want to read online, just stick with the mobile edition of the UT that pops up when you use the browser on your smartphone.

This is the future. Be the front runners. You guys really got lazy with this app. Get back to work and give us something good. We know you can do better than that.
