All Tesco Mobile Pay monthly customers on current tariffs can use the app.
If you’re on an older Pay monthly tariff or Pay as you go, we’re working on making it available to you. If you’re not sure whether it’s available on your tariff yet, we recommend that you download the app (it’s free). Once you’ve downloaded it, the app will let you know if it’s not available on your tariff yet, and you can just delete it from your phone.
The app can now be used on tablets with screen sizes up to 11.5 inches (including the Tesco Hudl). When you first log in to the app you’ll need to make sure you have mobile data enabled on your device. Once you’ve logged in you can then switch to continue to use the app via WiFi if you prefer.
