Why have an app that doesn't work? I called VBAS and asked how *as a first time user* should I submit my claims. "Just download our smartphone app and submit them there!" Two weeks later, having heard nothing from VBAS and seeing no pending claims I called them up. "All of your claims were rejected, we need you to fax them in." "What's the point of having the app then?" "Oh, I don't know." "Can you transfer me to someone that does?" (((hold for ten minutes, awful music))) ... "Oh, we have verbiage on the iphone app that explains that the claims will not go forward!" Uninstall.
