good but needs serious improvements The app is good, nice and easy to use but there are really thing that must be added, here some pro and cons: Pro: -easy to use -many exercises and videos showing how to perform them -possibility to set reps rest and so on Cons (things that would be really nice to see in the next upgrades (in order of importance)): -REALLY IMPORTANT : There is no calendar to track progress and workouts (this star system..sorry but I don´t really got it). -some basic exercises are missing (eg. abs pike, abs roll out..) -It would be nice to have the possibility to turn the video off while working out (aka save battery of my poor device), after 1 or 2 weeks you don´t need them any more for now I give 3 stars and I really hope to see improvement for the app itself it´s very nice.

Excellent application. Helped me start with TRX. However, I would appreciate more workout routines and additional moves.

Good for getting started The videos are clear, the timing function keeps the pace of the workout high, and the ability to create programs makes it a great tool to improve fitness
