Way of Nature Free

Way of Nature Free

Way of nature artificially simulates the natural behavior of bird- and insectlike entities. It is an interactive live wallpaper.
Watch the abstract entities swarm in flocks and survive against a horde of carnivorous entities, or simply make everything into a slow and swirly swarm of insects -- the choice is all yours.

Please note:
This is the free version of the application and it cannot be customized. There is no other limitations to this version and you are free to run it as long as you want (no ads).
The paid version was designed with customization in mind, thus all the existing entity categories can be tweaked in numerous ways. Please test with this version first, if the program works well in your phone.

Features:
- A myriad of tweaking options, from the color of the entities to behavior models (Paid version)
- Use backgrounds from your gallery (Paid version)
- Feed the swarm by tapping your screen
- Highly optimized for battery life, even though the algorithms in the background are relatively complex
- Mesmerizing in its simplistic beauty.

Tested to work perfectly with at least:
Galaxy S (gingerbread)
Galaxy S II
Galaxy Gio
Desire Z
Desire HD
Desire
ZTE blade
(other up to date phones should work aswell)

You can set the live wallpaper very easily, simply press the menu button in your home screen, then choose wallpapers -> live wallpapers.
Most phones with android 2.1 or later support live wallpapers.
If you, however, cannot find this setting, then it's very likely that in your phone the support for this feature has been disabled.

Runs fine without GPS so I don't see what that complaint is about. It's just not that interesting or exciting.
