Sales representatives and employees of a company typically go to a lot of different places while fulfilling their duties, so checking their working hours is quite difficult without a GPS tracking system.
The Where is my Agent is a telephone-based tracking system, which does not require the use of a separate device, since a telephone with GPS ability is sufficient.
You can install this service on your employees’ mobile phones, wich takes a few minutes, so with our application you can track your employees’ movements (naturally, with their previous permission) on your computer or telephone 24 hours a day. You can manage and optimize their tasks on the user-friendly interface while they are on their way. Easy manageability was an important aspect during the software design process.
Our system has several useful functions:
►You can check your employees’ current positions at any time
►You can look back at the positions in the past. Your employees’ exact whereabouts can be accounted for and reviewed.
►You can set area limits. If your sales representative has to stay in a given area at a given point of time, you can set fences. If your representive crosses these fences you are immediately notified. The observed person cannot make undesired detours.
►Inviting observers. If needed, share your agents’ and suppliers’ positions with your clients. After a simple invitation has been sent in email, your clients can start tracking how their ordered service is being fulfilled and where their consignments and products are.
The service can be completely tailored to meet specific needs, and, if necessary, it can be completed with telephone bar code reading, form handling functions or daily tasks management.
