User reviews of WhoAreYou Caller ID + Blocker
From a quick test, this seems OK. However, it signed me up for YouMail (which was not stated here, so that's bad), registered me for SMS alerts (also not stated in advance and thus bad; I had to turn them off), and seems to take precedence over the default caller ID even for numbers in my contact list already (tolerable, but not ideal). Luckily it didn't switch my voicemail service to YouMail, or I would have been really upset. Not sure if this is a like or dislike -- it could be useful, but I'm not a major fan of it at the moment. I might get rid of it and wait for a later version that will hopefully improve things.

Used to be great App used to work great, now on my droid maxx (4.4.4) it doesn't show the pop up if my screen is off or locked. I have to unlock phone to see the caller id. Very annoying.
