The XFINITY My Account app provides access to relevant and timely account and service information, device status and outage information. The My Account app provides easy to use tools to identify and fix common issues and links to help and support. The My Account app also allows customers to view their balance and pay their bill.

Note: XFINITY My Account 1.1.0 is now a native Android app. It currently only supports your primary comcast.net username. To access these features with a secondary username or non comcast.net alias continue using My Account 1.0.1 or visit http://mobile.comcast.com/
Explanation of Android Permissions:
INTERNET: Allows the app to connect over the Internet to our servers
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows us to detect whether or not your device is connected
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows us to cache data
CALL_PHONE: We use this to dial our support team at your request
WRITE_CALENDAR, READ_CALENDAR: We create calendar events for your service appointments
READ_GSERVICES, GET_ACCOUNTS: needed to use Google Maps and related services
READ_PHONE_STATE: Allows us to associate your Comcast login with your device so you don’t have to login each time you open the app
