To add Applications grid shortcut, select Add > Shortcuts > Applications grid.
Try toggle Manage wallpaper if screen scrolling isn't smooth, select Preferences > Workspace > Manage wallpaper.

I read about Zeam on Lifehacker - a slim and fast launcher, just what I need for my slow Samsung Intercept! Unfortunately, it may be slim, but it's very slow. The home screen often takes seconds to redraw when I come from another app, too bad. I switched to Nemus, bigger but still slim and much faster. I'll give Zeam another try if I read that it's fixed.

I like this launcher but the recent update prevents me opening my folders on the home screens! Have to go to the apps section and open from there until this is fixed

You cannot delete a widget once you add in on the screen on Samsung Galaxy S2.Not sure about other Android phones.

Just what I need Small, simple and fast. Nothing too flashy here. Good for mid-range and low-end android devices or if you just want a launcher that doesn't take up space and memory. Has what I need and nothing more. Like the transparent app grid and mirrored app dock. Shortcut to uninstall apps from the app grid. Would have liked the option to hide apps from showing in the app grid. Offers 7 screens and has the option to prevent wallpaper from scrolling. Great Launcher!!

Great This is the smoothest launcher iv came across its great and works fine on my Infuse 4g its very responses and fast/smooth
