Can't even log in I can log into my account on the computer but with the same credentials I can't log into the zendesk android app.

Great! Until you need to use it I can view and update tickets just fine, but I can't view customer contact information on my phone - at all! I even opened the thing in the browser and it said i had to use the mobile app to get the agent interface. Useless if I have to pull out my laptop to call a customer on the phone already in my hand!!
