Manage your suspended tickets. You can view, recover, and delete suspended tickets
Bulk ticket editing. Edit multiple tickets at a time to update properties, apply macros, add comments, delete and mark as spam
Support for two-factor authentication
Views pinned to the dashboard remain pinned after refresh

This is not difficult Easy to use but it does take some patience. The platform an in depth desktop tool so converting to mobile requires steps that are not always intuitive. But I can fully function mobile which is important

Notification not disabling I keep getting notifications even with the notification is turned off.
