Can't open attached images.. This app would be great, but my Samsung Galaxy S5 can't seem to openany attachments. Always gives me an error saying "no viewer could be found for this file" for any image type. Would love help with this.

Makes it easy This app is simple to use and straight to the point in answering and communicating with your users. No fluff, just productivity.

Not bad, but I would like to have offline sync version instead slow online. It would help me deal with ticket when I travel and internet quality change.

Good for working in the field but not much else. The views take forever to load, seems to defeat the mobile nature of having apps.
