Awesome. Makes life at the helpdesk easy. Would like to get a notification when a ticket is in. Haven't gotten one unless I open the app

A few gliches with screens and info. Main the views page usually starts with them all saying zero but when you enter one view and back out that view will then show the number

Handy and Functional Answering tickets on the go has been very useful. I'm now able to adhere to SLA's regardless of whether I'm in the office or out and about.

Needs work Created shortcuts are not saved have to add them every time. Also no sound for notification. Disappointed!
