Awesome This app works! Its for burning up the fat and toning up. Really great organization of workouts. If this doesn't work you're doing it wrong.

Great workouts great results These workouts really work, You can really feel your muscles burning! I'm the only one at my gym doing these exersices and the only one getting 100% from each rep, you can really feel it burn. Everyone else is doing it wrong lol

No updates in over a year Only two sessions then it tells you to repeat the first one. I have tried to contact them several times with no reply

Great app Steve! I've been using the ZimFit app since I downloaded it for the gym. Its easy and works all the muscles you didnt think were important. My back is really great even when I slouch I feel the need to sit back. If you want a workout this is the right one for you
