We’ve heard you and we’ve taken some time to make improvements to our app.

For phones with less memory, we’ve reduced the app in file size.

Devices with smaller screens, now have a scrolling option.

Our store information has also been updated, so any new stores we’ve opened recently should be available for check-in.

If you’re having problems checking into a store, a helpful prompt will now help you troubleshoot.

Trouble Shooting Tips

1. App crashing? Or stalling?
Apps require a certain size memory to run, our app is 9.6MB, so check your phone has sufficient memory space to let the app function.

It’s difficult for us to know why different phones crash, but we recommend closing down the app completely and starting again. If that doesn’t work delete and reinstall the app completely as a last resort before contacting us

2. No Prizes left?
We monitor the prize pool weekly to make sure there are plenty to go around. On occasion though, there has been so much shaking going on we haven’t been able to top it up fast enough. Rest assured we want everyone to win, so it will be

3. Can’t check-in? Store not being detected?
There can be several reasons for this
Check the GPS function on your phone is turned on, if it is you may need to carry out a GPS fix. It may be called "Cell Network Location" on your phone so look out for this too.

The strength of your GPS signal will also depend upon the network you use and quality of your 3G. If you have had problems in the past with loading time and maps, it’s likely it will be due to your connectivity. Sorry we can’t do anything to fix this

If it’s a new store your trying to check into it can take a few weeks for this store to be live on the app, so we’ll have to ask for your patience here.
