We understand that Galaxy S3 users are being asked to update everyday even though there is no actual update. We are working to resolve this issue with Bell Mobility.

We do believe we have figured out how you can stop being prompted for updates through the following steps:

1)Click Settings > Applications Manager > All (tab)
2) Find and click on Sympatico.ca
3) Click Disable (You may be prompted by a warning message saying “Disabling built in apps, may cause errors in other apps”).
4) Click ok.
