Indian Caller info application will give you the flexibility to know from which place the call is coming at the time when cell is ringing. Only Caller Info Application in market to speak the caller Name/Number with Location and Operator.

As the Application is freeware, so supports the ads which will be displayed in the notification Bar. User can ignore them by clearing them.

Calls From Mobile: State and Operator Name.
Calls From Landline: State, City, District and Operator Name.
Call Permission: This permission is needed to make a call from the application whenever user wants to. User can only make the call. There is noway that the application will call any number without user(or cellphone owner) interaction.

ShaPlus Caller Info (India)

Identify the location of Indian incoming and outgoing calls.

For landline calls, state and city is shown and for mobile calls, state and operator is shown. For International calls, calling country is shown. In main screen, you can look-up any mobile number, Indian STD code or ISD code(add 00 prefix for ISD code lookup). Position of alert can be set in settings.

Now includes detailed call log for missed calls, outgoing calls and incoming call showing Indian state (city also for landline) for Indian numbers and country for international numbers. Option to directly call the entries in the call log. Shortcut to call log can be placed on home screen by long clicking home screen and choosing Shortcuts->ShaPlus Call log. (For Android 4.0 or newer, ShaPlus Call log can be found in Widgets tab in Apps listing screen).

Also includes optional STD Prefixer to call local landline numbers without dialing STD code. When enabling STD Prefixer in Settings, you have to enter local STD code also.

Note : Operator of mobile number will be accurate only for mobile numbers not ported using Mobile number portability(MNP).

Caller Name Talker speaks out the Incoming caller name and SMS sender name so that you can identify who is calling without looking into your phone. It can even read the SMS content for you. And the best thing is, it is totally FREE.
Caller Name Talker uses the built-in Android text-to-speech engine to voice the caller or SMS Sender ID. This program will not work if your phone doesn’t have text-to-speech data installed in your phone. No need to worry about that! Caller Name Talker will redirect you to Google play to install text-to-speech data into your phone if your phone doesn’t have it pre-installed.
There are a wide range of options to customize this application in the way you like. Some of them are:-
