Visura Catastale Gratis 1.2

Chiunque abbia bisogno di eseguire una visura catastale su immobili o terreni nel territorio italiano, necessita di questa App. In pochi secondi conoscerete i dati di qualsiasi immobile ( rendita catastale, vani di cui è composto, categoria, sub ecc.). Indispensabile per Geometri, Architetti, Ingegneri e tecnici in genere. Utilissimo anche a privati che intendono acquistare o vendere casa. Utile anche ottenere i dati per calcolare la nuova tassa IMU (ex. ICI).

Il software accede al sito dell'agenzia del territorio, quindi non mi è possibile apportare migliorie come rimuovere i codici captcha, velocizzare il caricamento della pagina (in genere comunque veloce, dipende dal traffico sul sito) o
aggiungere dati come il proprietario dell'immobile.
