日本におけるTOEIC運営団体、一般財団法人国際ビジネスコミュニケーション協会が提供する英語学習アプリです。ビジネスや日常などさまざまなシチュエーションで使われる英会話のスキットに基づいて、フレーズ解説や理解度チェッククイズ、フレーズ集などで構成されています。

この「TOEIC presents English Upgrader」アプリはiTunes storeの総合ランキングで1位を獲得した人気ポッドキャストの内容をより英語学習にお役立ていただけるようにアレンジしたものです。

＜リスニングモード＞
ポッドキャストと同じ内容を、スクリプト（英文/日本語訳の切替可能）を見ながら聞くことができます。
＜クイズモード＞
英語によるスキットが流れた後、内容をどのくらい理解できたかを測る「理解度チェッククイズ」とスキットの中で出てきたフレーズの意味を正しく理解できていたかを試す「フレーズ３択クイズ」があります。スキットはスクリプトを見ながら聞くことも可能です。

そのほか、English Upgraderの全エピソード内で出てきたフレーズを集めた「フレーズ一覧」では、発音、意味、そのフレーズを使った例文のチェックができます。
