De nieuwe versie van de My T-Mobile app heeft de eerste 2 dagen inlogproblemen gehad.
Deze zouden nu (14.05.2013) grotendeels tot het verleden moeten behoren. Inloggen zou nu gewoon moeten werken met je My T-Mobile login gegevens.

De My T-Mobile app is bedoeld voor zowel prepaid klanten van T-Mobile als voor klanten met een abonnement.
Het enige wat je nodig hebt is een My T-Mobile account. Deze wordt namelijk gebruikt om eenmalig mee in te loggen.

Het inlogproces van de My T-Mobile App is sterk vereenvoudigd. Je logt nu in met je bestaande My T-Mobile gegevens. De toegangscode is hiermee volledig komen te vervallen.
Indien gewenst kan de toegang tot de My T-Mobile worden beveiligd door een zelf verzonnen 5-cijferige PIN-code. Wij adviseren hiervan gebruik te maken.

De My T-Mobile app v2.1 geeft toegang tot:
- Je belstatus en dataverbuik
- Je facturen van deze maand en tot 6 maanden geleden
- Je openstaande bedragen
- Je loyalty punten
- Je bankgegevens
- Het T-Mobile Forum

Het Vodafone logo in de afbeelding van je contacten vertelt wie van je vrienden, familie en andere contacten ook gebruik maken van het Vodafone netwerk.

Let op bij installatie:
Schakel voordat je Vodafone Contacten Backup gaat gebruiken eerst andere contacten back-up diensten (bijv. Google Contacts, iCloud Contacten, Facebook sync, Exchange contacten etc.) uit op je toestel en kopieer al je contactgegevens naar het geheugen van je toestel.

Je hoeft je dus nooit meer zorgen te maken over het kwijtraken van je contactgegevens, zelfs niet bij verlies van je telefoon. En doordat je snel al je contacten overzet op een ander toestel, kun je eenvoudig wisselen van telefoon.

Je adresboek is bereikbaar via je mobiele telefoon en je computer. Beheer eenvoudig je contacten online: voeg contactgegevens toe, pas gegevens aan of verwijder contacten. Synchroniseer op ieder gewenst moment je telefoon met je online account, en je hebt altijd de meest actuele gegevens bij de hand.
