Mi Movistar

Mi Movistar te permite realizar las gestiones más populares de tu cuenta Movistar a través de tu Android.

La aplicación se encuentra disponible para usuarios particulares de tarjeta, contrato y autónomos funcionando tanto con conexión 3G o WIFI.

El acceso y uso de la aplicación es GRATUITO y en caso de conexión 3G no necesitas registrarte en ningún sitio para poder usarla. Tu identificador es la tarjeta SIM que tienes en el móvil aunque también puedes utilizar algunas funcionalidades si no dispones de tarjeta SIM Movistar.

En caso de utilizar WIFI, por motivos de seguridad, te solicitaremos que introduzcas el número de teléfono que quieres consultar, el cual deberá coincidir con la tarjeta SIM que tienes en el móvil para poder acceder a la funcionalidad completa de la aplicación.

Ten en cuenta que si utilizas la aplicación desde el extranjero, se te aplicarán los costes de transmisión de datos en Roaming que correspondan al país en el que te encuentres. En este caso, te recomendamos que te conectes por WIFI para evitar costes adicionales.

Si eres cliente de contrato, podrás:
- Consultar el importe de tu última factura y el consumo acumulado
- Cambiar la domiciliación bancaria de tus facturas
- Conocer los puntos que tienes acumulados y solicitar un canje.
- Recargar una tarjeta con tarjeta de crédito o contra tu factura.
- Conocer don están y contactar con las Tiendas Movistar
- Solicitar un duplicado de tu factura

Si eres usuario de tarjeta, podrás:
• Consultar el saldo de tu tarjeta y solicitar un anticipo de saldo,
• Recargar tu tarjeta
• Cambiar tu tarifa
Desde la aplicación también puedes activar y desactivar el buzón de voz, así como configurar los desvíos de llamadas, conocer las tarifas, opciones de ahorro y las últimas promociones y novedades que te ofrece Movistar.

Acceso al área de clientes Mi Pepephone adaptado para terminales móviles con sistema operativo Android.

Con la aplicación oficial de Pepephone dispondrás de las siguientes funcionalidades:

- Acceso seguro con usuario igual al de Mi Pepephone
- Acceso a información de cualquier línea asociada al cliente. Selección de línea habitual.
- Ver consumo resumido y actualizado en tiempo real de telefonía: llamadas y SMS
- Consultar el detalle de consumo de llamadas y SMS (seleccionable por mes): agregado por tipo de llamadas y gráfico de consumo diario seleccionable por mes.
- Comprobar el detalle de llamadas agrupado por día vinculado con la agenda del terminal.
- Consultar el consumo resumido y actualizado en tiempo real de consumo de Internet.
- Comprobar el detalle de consumo de Internet (seleccionable por mes): agregado por tipo de consumo (nacional y roaming) y gráfico de consumo diario.
- Descargar facturas en PDF, con opción a enviarlas desde la aplicación. Mantén pulsado un par de segundos la factura que desees para ver las opciones disponibles. Para visualizar las facturas en tu dispositivo debes tener instalado un visor de PDF (como Acrobat Reader, por ejemplo).
- Visualización de los datos asociados a cada línea (titular, alias de la línea, tarifa de telefonía/Internet contratadas, cuenta bancaria asociada).
- Visualización de saldo de puntos acumulados para volar con Air Europa, acceso directo a canje de euros.
- Titulares de noticias destacadas de Pepephone.
- Atención al cliente: contacta con nosotros.

**** Si al descargar la factura visualizas el siguiente mensaje "Formato no válido" mantén pulsada esa factura, selecciona borrar y vuelve a descargarla ****

Explicación de los permisos que requiere la aplicación:

LLAMAR DIRECTAMENTE A NÚMEROS DE TELÉFONO
-> Solo se usa en la aplicación desde la pantalla de atención al cliente en la que al hacer click sobre el icono del Teléfono con el texto "Tel_ 1212" se inicia la llamada con el número de atención al cliente de Pepephone, que es gratuito.
-> En el detalle de llamadas haciendo click sobre cada llamada podrás llamar a ese contacto pero la llamada no se iniciará automaticamente, se abrirá la aplicación del teléfono con el número de ese contacto precargado para que le des a "Llamar" cuando quieras.

-> Hace falta para acceder a los datos de Mi Pepephone.

LEER DATOS DE CONTACTO
-> Hace falta para que en el detalle de llamadas se puedan mostrar los nombres de tus contactos en vez de simplemente el número de teléfono.
