To enable this keyboard:
- At home screen, press a menu button
- Select Settings > Language & keyboard
- Select 'Keyboard ManMan'
- Press and hold on any text input, then select Input Method -> 'Keyboard ManMan' again

- New keyboard theme (would fix keyboard rendering issue on some devices)
