Skycom have researched what is currently available on the market and developed an enhanced solution called the '0800 Wizard'. This App lets Android phone users dial 0800, 0808 and 0500 numbers as part of your network operator's inclusive minutes. If you exceed your bundled minutes or you are a PAYG customer, calls are charged at the same rate as calls made to geographic (01/02/03) numbers.

The 0800 Wizard App is truly magic and requires no fangled menus or tricky working out on your part. You simply dial the 0800, 0808 or 0500 number as normal using the 0800 Wizard. We wave our wand (route the call across a dedicated 01 or 02 number) and abracadabra! Apart from looking nicer, the 0800 Wizard dialler is similar to the normal Android phone dialler. The 0800 Wizard is free to download and free to use. All we ask is that you spread the magic!

Welcome to Your Orange. It's like bumping into the world expert on Orange. Everything you need to know, from how much you're spending to helpful tips to get the most out of your Android device.

Get direct access to your pay monthly or pay as you go mobile account over any data connection, including WiFi, and even set up and change your Magic Numbers. Once you've downloaded Your Orange, the Orange Help topics are available with or without a data connection. So you can even read on the underground and other places where there's no network coverage or WiFi available.

There's more to come. We've got a load of extra features planned for Your Orange over the coming months, so watch out for updates to the app in Android Marketplace.

Updating
You should be able to update the App, however if you have problems please clear the data for the Apps settings -

. Settings>Applications>Manage Applications
. Select My T-Mobile Application
. Select Clear Data

If clearing the setting data does not work then please uninstall and then reinstall the App. This should fix the issue.

A simple tool to setup Internet support on Android phones for the giffgaff mobile phone network.

IMPORTANT Android 4 notice: automatic APN setup is not possible in ICS and higher. The app can supply manual assistance where automatic setup is unavailable. Rooted device owners can now work around the problem by copying the apk to /system/app (just once, updates will continue to work)

Be aware: the app changes nothing on your phone until you *run* it. A good option is to install now but only run after inserting a giffgaff SIM. In normal use only existing giffgaff (and optionally O2 UK) settings will be changed, so swapping to another SIM should just work, useful for visitors to the UK. If you do have problems or need to restore O2 UK settings Advanced mode can restore stock settings.

The app cannot change a number of settings that will prevent internet access, please read the included troubleshooting guide for help.

IMPORTANT: The app will add correct mms settings but you MUST also follow the steps in the mms troubleshooting list. In particular if you leave O2 APN's installed don't expect mms to work reliably and you may be charged for messages that fail. I MAKE NO GUARANTEE THAT MMS WILL WORK AT ALL.

Technical details:
In automatic mode the app installs a basic dual APN configuration known to work on the majority of phones. The Advanced menu has options that may give better results on some phones.
On ICS,JB and later uses a single APN to save on manual input.

Permissions:
CALL_PHONE,READ_PHONE_STATE required by the tools menu to control voicemail service settings and access balances. Provided you have a giffgaff SIM none of the calls are chargeable.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,CHANGE_WIFI_STATE used by test button to ensure mobile data is actually tested, not WiFi

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW allows the HUD helper window to float above other windows in cut&paste mode
