Nationwide Mobile Banking makes managing your money on the move easy. Exclusively available to our Internet Bank customers, you can register and log in to the Mobile Banking app using your existing Internet Bank details.

Features:
With the Nationwide Mobile Banking app you can:
• View your current account, savings, credit card and mortgage balances
• View recent current account, savings and credit card transactions & statements
• Transfer money between your Nationwide accounts
• Make payments to existing payees

To register you’ll need to:
• Download the app
• Log in using your Internet Banking log in details including your customer number, memorable data and passnumber or card and card reader.

The next time you log in after registering all you’ll need is your Internet Banking passnumber.

If you’re not yet a registered Internet Bank user, simply go to www.nationwide.co.uk/register and follow the on screen instructions. Once you’ve received your Internet Banking log in details, you’ll be able to download and register to use the Mobile Banking app also.

Nationwide uses the latest security technologies to ensure that our customers are safe and secure when using the app. Our digital promise means that you will never lose a penny if you are the victim of fraud whilst using Nationwide’s digital services.

In addition there are a few things you can do to help protect yourself when using the app:
• Never share your login details with anyone
• When logging in in a public place be careful to keep your details out of sight

Important information
We won’t charge you for using this app but your mobile operator may charge you for some services such as data exchange, so please check with them.

It is not possible to view MySave accounts using the app, please log into your MySave account via the internet. Customers who have only MySave accounts with Nationwide will not be able to use the app.

Recent changes:
Following customer feedback we've made improvements to the Nationwide mobile banking app.

Improvements in this update include:
• A fix that now allows HTC One owners to use the app.
• Improved appearance of the app on higher resolution phones.

Explanation of app permissions used:
Contacts: The app only reads the email address of a contact that you specifically choose to invite to Expensify.
Accounts: The app uses this to pre-fill your email address into fields, so you don't have to type it.
Internet: This is used to sync receipts and expenses with your account online.
Phone state: This is used to detect when an internet connection is present.
GPS: This is only used when you use the GPS mileage feature.
Camera: This is used to snap pictures of receipts.
