FoxFi AddOn provides some optional features to the FoxFi application.

*FoxFi enables free WiFi Tether on your phone without rooting or a tether plan. Sprint and AT&T have removed FoxFi from Android Play Store. So if you could not find FoxFi in Play Store then please install or upgrade FoxFi from http://foxfi.com/bin, or scan the QR code in the third screenshot.

This version of FoxFi AddOn implements
1. Notifications of WiFi client connections.
2. A Web Proxy server on the phone that can be used to hide tether usage.
3. Debug log sending.

This FoxFi AddOn app is completely optional. Depending on which phone and carrier you have, it may or may not produce any benefit for FoxFi usage.

Once installed, use the menu in FoxFi to access AddOn features. Requires FoxFi version 1.90 or above.

Recent changes:
Version 3011 removes the extra app icon. Also fix some issues in 3001.

Cable Box Remote Control

This Application could replace the original Cable Box Remote control.
The original Cable Box Remote Control uses the Infrared ray remote control, but
this application will communicate using the Android phone Local BlueTooth Adaptor and
another BlueTooth device with I.R. transmitter module(see Picture) that connects to the CableBox.
Also this application can only transmit to model name“Hawaii Oceanic Time Warner Cable Company's
Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4250HDC” Cable Box's IR command now.
This Application requires that it be attached to the Cable Box with hardware(BT.IR module).
The BT.IR module includes an ARF32(Bluetooth module), IR transmitter and PIC16F88(u-comp).
The PIC16F88 is installed in small firmware which creates an IR remote control pulse.

Gears (ES1/eclair+)

Gears for Android(TM) is a heavily modified port of the infamous "gears" demo to Android.

The Gears demo is an open source project intended to help developers learn how to create OpenGL ES programs on Android. The Gears demo was originally written by Brian Paul as part of the Mesa3D project. My implementation includes variations for Java/OpenGL ES 1.x, Java/C/OpenGL ES 1.x and Java/C/OpenGL ES 2.0. I have also added several features not found in the original implementation including touch screen support, VBOs and an on-screen FPS counter.

The FPS (frames-per-second) counter is often used as a benchmark metric for graphics programs. On Android the frame rate is limited by v-sync (typically 60 FPS) which is the fastest rate that a display can refresh the screen. Since Gears is capable of rendering much faster than v-sync on most devices it provides limited benchmarking value.

SnowGlobe is a free graphics demo application that works like a regular Snowglobe. After running the app, the snowflakes will start falling in all the directions as you shake the phone or change its position. Touching the screen will quit the app. The app contains neither ads nor banners and doesn't require any permissions.
