Feedback:

Problemen met de app of suggesties voor verdere ontwikkeling ontvangen we bij voorkeur via de feedback optie in het keuzemenu van de app.

Kijken:

Bij enkele zenders kunnen de uitzendingen ook in beeld gevolgd worden. Dit is alleen mogelijk indien Android 3.1 of hoger is geïnstalleerd.

Dataverbruik:

De radiozenders worden ontvangen via de internetverbinding van de telefoon/tablet. Bij een Wi-Fi verbinding zijn hier doorgaans geen kosten aan verbonden. Bij ander gebruik van mobiel internet, zoals 3G, kunnen kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Het is aan te raden om dit dataverbruik in de gaten te houden. In de store zijn hiervoor speciale apps te vinden door te zoeken op: data usage.

SD kaart:
Installatie op een SD kaart is niet mogelijk, omdat er dan problemen kunnen optreden met het beluisteren van de radiozenders.

Machtigingen:

De volgende machtingen zijn nodig om de app goed te laten functioneren.
(1) Netwerkcommunicatie, volledige internettoegang: hierdoor kan de app verbinding maken met het internet om de radiozenders te kunnen ontvangen.
(2) Netwerkcommunicatie, netwerkstatus weergeven: hierdoor kan gecontroleerd worden welke internetverbindingen beschikbaar zijn.
(3)Bedieningselementen hardware, audio-instellingen wijzigen: hierdoor kan het volume worden aangepast met behulp van de volumeknoppen.
(4) Systeemhulpprogramma's, voorkomen dat de telefoon/tablet overschakelt naar de slaapmodus: hierdoor blijft de radiozender altijd hoorbaar totdat deze actief wordt uitgeschakeld.
(5) Systeemhulpprogramma's, sticky broadcast verzenden: hierdoor kan de app in de achtergrond actief blijven zodat het mogelijk is om tijdens het luisteren andere apps te gebruiken.

Privacy en voorwaarden:

Deze applicatie plaatst cookies om gebruik te meten. Met installatie van de app wordt hiermee akkoord gegaan.

Grace Digital Remote Control

The Grace Digital Radio Remote Control Application allows you to go where no IR remote has gone before. Control one or more of your Grace Internet radios from your Android device. You can adjust the volume ( Please note if you are using the RCA line out jacks on certain models to connect to a seperate audio system, the remote cannot control line out audio for obvious reasons), turn the radio on or off, find stations, set presets, or even set one of your five alarms. If you have more than one Grace Radio, it is suggested that you change the name of each unit so you know which radio you are controlling. To change your radio's network name, go to your radio's main menu and select "setting", then "UPnP", then "device name" and change it to "kitchen" (for example) or whatever falls within your personal preference.

Q: Where can I find these stations online?
A: Follow the link to the MadCalfApps.blogspot.com page in the app.

Q: Why is the app not working on my device?
A: Unfortunately, Free Oldies Radio doesn't support all devices and operating systems. This is the main reason we have decided to bring this app to you totally FREE! Try it out to see if we are coming in loud and clear, "Nothing ventured nothing gained." We are adding support for new devices all the time.

Q: Why are some stations blank at times?
A: Some of these stations are controlled by real DJs and if they aren't playing anything at the time or their site is down no music will play. Fortunately we have over 50 Channels so you will always have a lot to choose from.
