L'applicazione gratuita offerta da MutuiOnline, il leader in Italia nella distribuzione indipendente di mutui e prestiti, operante tramite il sito www.mutuionline.it, consente di effettuare le simulazioni finanziarie necessarie per calcolare la rata o l'importo del mutuo, oltre ad offrire informazioni sui valori e gli andamenti nel tempo dei tassi di interesse.

Nel dettaglio, l'applicazione contiene 4 diversi strumenti:

1. Calcolo rata
Inserendo l'importo, la durata ed il tasso di interesse del mutuo (tasso di riferimento + spread o tasso finito), l'applicazione mostra la rata del mutuo e gli interessi totali da rimborsare e consente di:
- Accedere al piano di ammortamento del mutuo, verificando, periodo per periodo, il dettaglio del capitale residuo, della quota interessi e della quota capitale;
- Accedere ad uno strumento di ottimizzazione dell'importo e della durata del mutuo, che consente di verificare come variano la rata ed il totale degli interessi rimborsati al variare della durata e dell'importo del mutuo.

2. Risparmio surroga
Inserendo dati:
- del mutuo che si vuole surrogare (sostituire): il capitale residuo, l'ultima rata pagata e la durata residua;
- e del nuovo mutuo: il tasso di interesse (tasso di riferimento + spread o tasso finito) consente di calcolare, per le varie durate possibili del nuovo mutuo, l'importo della rata e la differenza rispetto alla rata del mutuo che si vuole surrogare, oltre al totale degli interessi da rimborsare e la differenza rispetto agli interessi totali del mutuo che si vuole surrogare.

3. Calcolo importo
Inserendo l'importo della rata, la durata ed il tasso di interesse del mutuo desiderato (tasso di riferimento + spread o tasso finito), l'applicazione mostra l'importo ottenibile ed il totale degli interessi da rimborsare sia per la durata desiderata, sia per altre durate disponibili che potrebbero essere di interesse dell'utente.

4. Osservatorio tassi
Consente di visualizzare il valore aggiornato dei tassi di riferimento:
- Per il tasso fisso elenca i valori degli Eurirs (Euro Interest Rate Swap) per le varie durate disponibili (da 5 a 40 anni);
- Per il tasso variabile elenca i valori degli Euribor (Euro Interbank Offered Rate) per le varie durate disponibili (da un mese a un anno) ed il valore del tasso BCE.
Di ciascun tasso di riferimento può poi essere visualizzato il grafico dell'andamento negli ultimi 5 anni.

L'applicazione consente inoltre di chiedere un preventivo ad un consulente MutuiOnline fornendo nome, cognome, mail e numero di telefono.
