PicaSim is a free flight simulator for radio controlled aircraft. You can use it to learn how to fly, to practise aerobatics, or just to have fun flying around on a rainy day.

This is the full/"donation" version - so if you've tried the free version and you enjoy it enough that you would like to support its past or future development (or just say thanks!), buy this to make a donation.

If it helps, this includes some extras that aren't in the free version:

A variety of races - currently F3F-style and cross-country (the free version has just one race).

Planes: Tigger (2.9m F3F slope racer), ASW15, "The Plank", magpie, and an electric version of the Neoslope. Also a quadcopter.

Terrains: Panoramic version of the "Mountains Dynamic Soaring" scene, plus a "Snowy Hills" scene (3D and panoramic).

Over time it will acquire as many extra planes/terrains that I can fit into about 20MB!), as a thank you for donating, if you like! But the functionality will remain free (you can always create your own planes/terrains just like I've done).

My aim is to recover some costs of making this app - in particular licenses for Marmalade and Terragen. That will then let me release it for other platforms (including Windows, where it will be easy to support joypads/transmitter interfaces), amongst other things.

Permissions: PicaSim needs internet access for the online leaderboards. It saves settings to the SD card, mainly because it supports using user-generated content. It needs the "Phone calls" permission for Marmalade - I think this is to handle interruption by incoming calls properly. PicaSim does not access any personal data on the device, and the only connection it makes is to the Scoreloop servers.

Checkers - a game that has its roots in antiquity. In ancient myths sometimes there is a mention of checkers. Some historical sources claim that loved to play checkers are the Egyptian pharaohs? YourTurn Soccer is a turn based online table soccer simulation.

You can play with people online or with a friend using NFC. Games with random opponents are ranked so make sure to fight really hard for a place in the top!

Each turn both you and your opponent will be able to apply forces to your players and the ball if it is at a certain proximity. When both of you press play the physics simulation will take place and both players strategy will be tested in the field. The first player to score 3 goals wins the match.

You can log in with Google+ or Facebook to save your ranking between installs and different devices.
