Official Swan Taxis App allowing you to quickly and easily book your next taxi. Why wait on hold when you can instantly book from this app!

Initial version is packed full of features including:

- Logon with an existing Swan Taxis web account or quickly create your new account for free directly through the application.
- Utilise the in-built GPS to let your mobile determine your pickup location (highest accuracy is achieved outside).
- Place a booking by specifying the destination address, place or suburb.
- Store favourite addresses for use as either pickup or destination locations.
- Able to create multiple bookings for future pickup times.
- Quickly receive an estimate cost of the fare before placing your booking.
- Quickly locate nearby taxi ranks
- Ability to track the position of your taxi on approach and see it move via Google maps.
- Automatically receive a Notification when you taxi is nearby, including the vehicle number of the assigned taxi.

Please note: This app will only function on normal, large or extra large displays. Small screen sizes are not supported.

Recent changes:
This release primarily addresses issues with GPS connectivity:
- Improvements for situations where GPS support is temporary or unavailable.
- Improved support for reconnecting to available GPS satellites when reception is restored.
- Better handling for situations when network connections are lost.
- Location and Reverse Geocoding has been stabilised and improved.
- Changes in GPS connectivity will display as small (unobtrusive) popups

Support for external SD Cards has been added.
