For most contractual/independent/freelance workers, it is hard to keep track of the hours of work done. This is made even harder when a log report is to be provided to the employer. Doing this twice a month will be a real pain and highly prone to computational errors.

Timekeeper can help.

Sungka

Sungka is a Philippine mancala game which is similar to many other Southern Asian mancala games such as naranj (Maldives), dakon (Java), congkak (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia) and tchonka (Marianas).

The game differs from kalah which is known in North America and Europe in being a multi-lap game. Another important difference is that the first move is executed simultaneously in sungka which is meant to balance the game. Sungka is distinguished from congkak by being played counterclockwise and also by some other minor rule differences.

This simplified tool is for Brokers and Financial Institutions trying to compute payment scheme.

Usage:

- Input Amount in List Price box
- If DP (Down Payment) Percentage is used, DP Amount will computed
- or -
If DP Amount is modified, DP Percentage will not be used and will not be affected
- Change Years and Interest Rates to change the Factor Rate and subsequently the Monthly Rate

Note:
- Auto-compute is done when selecting from the selection boxes
- If the text boxes are modified, Compute button must be pressed to re-compute
