Application helps to determine a region of Russian Federation by a code given on the vehicle registration plate. With the help of voice search or just a few clicks you will find the code corresponding to the subject of Russian federation.

For example, typing the code 51, you will be informed about it is assigned to the Murmansk region.

Supports Russian and English languages.

Application helps to determine a region of Ukraine by a code given on a vehicle registration plate. With the help of voice search or just a few clicks you will find the code corresponding to the region of Ukraine.

For example, after typing the code «AB», you will be informed that it is assigned to the Vinnitsia region.

In the second tab you can find table of codes.

GSM Signal Monitoring

Advanced cell network monitor collects information about surrounding base stations including cell ids, LAC, signal strength level. App supports GSM and UMTS networks.
Neighboring cells are shown only in GSM networks!

Chart shows a dynamics of cell strength level changing.
Log contains entries about cells which mobile device has used recently.

Application uses Google Geolocation to define approximate cell address. Otherwise you can import locations from a file of CLF format.

Information for users of some Samsung devices: the application works inconsitent on SGSII and Galaxy Note. The reason wasn't found yet. Please don't put bad marks!

GSM Field Test

The application allows to monitor a signal of GSM/UMTS network by displaying colored markers on a map. The colour of a marker depends on a level of GSM signal measured by your phone in a given location.

Turn on GPS and after the device determines its fine location the app will put markers to the map.

Collected data can be exported as an image or KML file.

Справочник по автомобильным номерным знакам России, Украины и Белоруссии.

Содержит информацию о видах регистрационных знаков, специальных сериях номеров, привязке номеров к регионам, а также данные по специальным видам номеров (военные, дипломатические номера, номера МВД и т.д.).
